How is data handled?
Company specific data is never shared. De-identified company data is used for benchmarking purposes only.
How many individuals should participate?
Generally speaking, the more the better in terms of the quality of the results. A minimum of 5 indificuals is the minimum. Larger organizations should target 10 to 20.
Which individuals should participate?
Participants should represent diverse functions, levels of the organization, levels of experience and genders. More diversity leads to higher quality results.
Are individual participant responses anonymous?
Yes. Individual results are attributed and displayed by (1) Organizational Function; (2) Organizational Level; (3) Experience Level and (4) Gender.
Are participants expected to have an understanding of Industry 4.0?
i4iQ is based upon the "Wisdom of Crowds" principle. No minimum level of understanding of Industry 4.0 required. Individuals may want to enroll in the bootcamp.
How much time is required to complete the surveys?
i4iQ consists of 5 surveys. Each survey requires approximately 10 minutes to complete.
How will the results be shared?
A final report will be sent at the completion of surveys?
